Editorial: The Terrorism Bill and its implications for libraries

Discusses the Government's Terrorism Bill and its implications for librarians. Provides a chronology of events and an overview of the library profession's response to the Bill. Argues that although the negative features of the Terrorism Bill relating to librarians may have been mitigated, existing legislation is already impacting on library users.
